Study Without Stress
Year 10-12 students
Facilitated by a psychologist, this six-session program is aimed at Year 10-12 students experiencing specific study and exam stress. The course looks at stress, anxiety, perfectionism and procrastination and the skills and strategies to challenge and overcome them.
This program equips students with both knowledge and practical tips on how to approach and overcome the stress associated with exams in the final high school years.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques are taught to students so they can perform at their best during their final years of high school.
