How we are doing...
Nothing warms our hearts more than when we receive positive feedback and hear the success stories of our clients. However, in line with the advertising laws from our governing body (AHPRA), we are unable to display client testimonials on our website.
Every six months we survey all clients that attend our clinic over a two week period. We are pleased to report the results from our most recent client satisfaction survey:
99% of current clients responded that they are satisfied with our customer service
98% of current clients responded that they are satisfied with our clinical service
