Going to therapy is like setting out on a quest, a bit like embarking on a challenging hike up a tall mountain. But instead of trekking alone, you have a knowledgeable companion by your side, a bit like having a friend to journey with you. Together, you unravel the twists and turns of your thoughts and feelings, somewhat like solving a puzzle. While it may seem tough at times, facing it together makes it more manageable, and reaching the end brings a sense of accomplishment because, through mutual effort and trust, you've learned a lot and are on your way to healing.
