Is this membership for me?

This membership IS for you if:

1. You have a child aged 2-12 that you want to understand better
2. You are willing to do the inner work necessary to better understand your own behaviour, emotions and reactions so you can help your child learn to regulate their own, 
3. You want a guiding framework that seeks to take you from where you are now to feeling calmer, connected and more confident. 
4. You are time-poor so need short, sharp trainings delivered by an experienced psychologist and parent that cuts through all the noise of the online parenting world (that can be overwhelming and contradictory). 
5. You want to understand relevant up-to-date brain science so you can apply it to raising your child and  learn more about the brain and how it relates to our emotions and behaviours.
6. You're playing the long game and know it takes time to build strong, respectful relationships with your children.
7. You want a community of like-minded parents to support you, and for you to support. 

This membership is NOT for you if:

1. You want strategies using a rewards and punishment framework (instead we talk about why this is not recommended and what to do instead).
2. You want quick strategies that focus on changing your child (this is a daily practice focusing on deeper connection and understanding).
3. You only want to learn tips that don't require you to do your own inner work and reflection (this framework starts with you!).
4. You prefer to stick to traditional types of discipline and don't care much to learn new ways (if you want the same result keep doing the same thing).
5. You're not willing to try new things and get out of your comfort zone (yes, it's tricky but outside your comfort zone is where the magic happens!)
