I have worked in General Practice since 2010 and I am an AAPM certified Practice Manager who is always eager to learn, develop and keep up to date with industry changes though demographic pressure and new models of care. Over time my passion for mental health and leadership has lead me into the specialist field of psychology.

I completed a Diploma in Professional Practice Leadership in 2017 to gain further skills to be able to apply effective leadership and strategies in an increasingly demanding health care environment.

I am passionate about cultivating strong teamwork though a healthy practice environment which offers collaboration and a client centric approach.
