Seeking help when we’re struggling can be really difficult, but I hope that I can make therapy a positive and growth-filled experience for my clients. I want my clients to feel as though the therapeutic space is their time – a space where they won’t be judged and where their feedback is valued. |
I am here to support you on your journey, however that may look for you.
I work holistically with clients, drawing from various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw from my experience working in disability services, helping individuals build and grow their independent living skills.
I embrace diversity and enjoy working with clients across the lifespan. Everyone has unique strengths to harness in their mental health and wellbeing journey, and I work with clients to discover and use these strengths to foster their resilience and achieve their chosen goals.
Being creative is something I personally enjoy, be it writing, music or arts and crafts. If this is something you enjoy too, or verbal communication is a little challenging for you, we can incorporate creativity into our sessions together.
