I founded Hopscotch & Harmony in 2014 with a vision to create a values-driven psychology practice where children, families and professionals feel genuinely supported.
Today, my role is focused on leading the practice rather than providing day-to-day clinical services. I work closely with our Clinical Leadership Team, support and mentor our psychologists, and provide guidance on the clinical, ethical and organisational decisions that shape the practice. I remain available to our team for consultation when my input is needed. For families and professionals accessing Hopscotch & Harmony, our Client Relations and Clinical Leadership teams are your main points of contact. They support enquiries, clinical questions and service needs, with the broader leadership team working together to ensure families receive thoughtful, responsive care. Alongside my work at Hopscotch & Harmony, I provide leadership coaching and business mentoring to leaders and business owners navigating growth, change and the increasing complexity that comes with greater responsibility. Drawing on my background in psychology, leadership and more than a decade of building and leading a growing healthcare business, I help people strengthen their leadership, work through complex people and business challenges, and make clearer, more confident decisions. My work often explores the internal patterns that can make leadership more difficult, including self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing and conflict avoidance, alongside the practical realities of leading teams, growing businesses and creating sustainable ways of working.
