Jessica Cleary
Founding Director of Hopscotch & Harmony MPsych (Ed & Dev) I founded Hopscotch & Harmony in 2014 to create a values-driven, family-focused practice where children, parents, and professionals could feel genuinely supported. While I’ve stepped away from day-to-day clinical work, I continue to lead the practice behind the scenes - supporting our Clinical Leadership Team, mentoring our psychologists, and ensuring that our values guide every part of what we do.
If you're a parent or professional reaching out to the clinic, our leadership and client relations team will be your main point of contact. They’re the ones who handle clinical questions, support needs, and service enquiries with care and clarity. I remain closely involved and available to the team for consultation when needed. Alongside my work in the clinic, I support women in leadership, particularly those in helping professions such as health and education, including private practice owners. Through leadership coaching and business mentoring, I help women work through the internal barriers that often limit their growth. These include imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. I also help leaders develop the confidence and clarity they need to build sustainable, values-aligned businesses and careers. I also create child development resources and professional learning opportunities through Harmony Hub, a platform designed for parents, educators, and child professionals. If you're exploring a future with our team, our Join our Team page shares more about what we stand for and how you can reach out. I hope this gives you a sense of the leadership, support, and culture we prioritise at Hopscotch & Harmony. If you are a woman in a leadership role, whether in private practice, healthcare, education, or a male-dominated field, and you're looking for support to grow with clarity and confidence, you're welcome to visit jessicacleary.com.au to learn more about my coaching work. In 2022, I received two national awards for clinical leadership and practice development. While the recognition was in my name, it reflects the shared commitment and culture of the team I have had the privilege to lead. Awards and Credentials
