Turn big feelings into bonding opportunities and strengthen your connection with your child.
This comprehensive, self-paced program teaches you the 5 essential pillars that are the foundation of effective parenting. If one of these pillars falters, the strength of the parent-child relationship will be shaky.
But the good news is, every parent can better understand not only their child's emotions and behaviour, but their own, by learning the 5 Pillars of the Calm + Connected Parent.
Soothe your stress and cope better with your own reactions so you can better support your child through times of challenge.
A sneak peak of what you see inside the program...
I'm Jessica Cleary, the founding director of Hopscotch & Harmony, and I take you through my program step-by-step.
I'm a psychologist and certified conscious parenting coach trained by Dr Shefali Tsabury. The parents I work with would tell you that I offer a compassionate, practical approach when helping them help their children.
I'm a mother of three children with first hand experience supporting the needs of both my neurotypical and neurodivergent family members.
For many years I worked with parents 1:1 at Hopscotch & Harmony and found that many struggles were so common that I decided to put my most well-received educational teachings and strategies into this program.
So instead of paying over $1600 for six individual sessions with me, you receive the information and strategies for $297. You could go though the content in a week or over 6 weeks - it's self-paced so you get to choose your timeline.
The 5 pillars of the Calm + Connected framework get a good work out by me in my daily parenting life. I use the strategies from this program to help me ensure my children feel a sense of acceptance and belonging, that I better understand our individual needs, that I know how to effectively respond to concerning behaviour, and that I remember to be self- compassionate when things don't go to plan (which can be often!).
I hope to see you inside the program!
What you might be wondering...
Can NDIS or another thirD party fund this program?
Self-managed NDIS participants can use their funding for this program. If you are NDIS plan managed or have another agency supporting you then please speak to your case worker or support organisation and ask them to email programs@hopscotchandharmony.com.au to organise an invoice and payment. Please note that you cannot commence the training until payment has been made.
My child is a client at Hopscotch and Harmony. Can I do this course?
Often due to time and financial constraints parents can't get the parenting support they need while their child is in therapy. This program is designed to be complimentary to your child's therapy to help you parent through challenge.
You can start any time and do this as a standalone program, or you can tell your child's clinician that you're interested in this program to help you meet your child's therapy goals and they can support you.
Can I have individual sessions with Jessica?
Jessica no longer provides individual therapy, and instead runs online programs to help parents, carers and educators support children.
Jessica does offer limited individual coaching sessions to parents who have taken one of her online programs and who want individual guidance to implement what they have learnt. Once you are in the program you will get information about this option.
Jessica also provides business coaching to private practice owners, and parental burnout coaching and support to high performing women. For these options contact Jessica at programs@hopscotchandharmony.com.au
