I consider myself a passionate and dedicated practitioner who practices under a body inclusive lens. I pride myself on being a non-diet dietitian meaning I try my best to steer away from diet culture and what our world says we ‘need to eat and do’ to be healthy. Instead, I put my focus on wellness which I am very aware looks different on everyone.
I have a special interest in a range of areas including diabetes, cardiovascular health, oncology, gastroenterology, women’s health and general well-being. I am empathetic by nature and have the ability to listen to all people and assist in supporting people to repair their relationship to food and eating. I have completed a Bachelor of Nutrition with honours and a Masters of Dietetics and through my journey have been involved in a number of research projects which have led to publications in academic journals. I continue to invest my time in reading and learning and have goals to further expand my skills in the space of eating disorders and peadiatrics in the future. In my spare time I love to bake and decorate cakes and spend time with my family and friends. I also love to travel and experience various cultures. Specially the food… Professional Highlights and Memberships:
