Hi, I’m Vi, a psychologist passionate about supporting the mental health and development of children, adolescents, and their families. I have experience working in schools and clinic settings, providing tailored support to young children and adolescents through counselling and psychological assessments.

I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to help them address their concerns, achieve their goals, and gain greater insight into their psychological wellbeing. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to discover their strengths. My goal is to provide individualised support to address each client’s unique needs, to foster their growth and help them to thrive.
I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside engaging interactive activities, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and preferences of my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy learning and cooking new recipes, reading books, spending time with my family and friends, and being out in nature.
