Yes, the first session (or few) may feel uncomfortable and scary, and that’s okay and totally normal! But opening-up to an experienced professional about our yukky feelings, thoughts and perhaps even unpleasant behaviours has its upsides too!
Your parents, family members or friends might not understand what you are going through and that’s where I am are here to help. When you are working with me, we can go at your own pace, we can also make it a bit fun! These are your therapy sessions and I want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible, our therapy is a space place and there is definitely NO judgement. (And Ps.
