Therapy works best when people feel comfortable being themselves. My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive space where we can work together to better understand what’s going on, build on strengths, and develop practical strategies for change.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults aged 8 to 30, supporting a range of emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health concerns. I take a warm, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each person’s goals, needs, and individual experiences. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and tailor how I apply them depending on the person and what they’re working through. I am passionate about providing neuro-affirming and inclusive care and aim to create a space where people from all backgrounds, religions, genders, and sexual preferences feel respected and supported. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and walking my retired racing greyhound, Minnie. |
