Support That Meets You Where You Are

We offer one-off sessions and ongoing support based on what you need right now. Whether you or your child have been recently diagnosed, or you're beginning to explore what Autism or ADHD might mean, we provide space to reflect, process, and move forward.
Sessions are available in-person at our Melbourne and Geelong clinics, or online across Australia. All support is provided by psychologists who take a collaborative, neuroaffirming approach.

For Parents of Neurodivergent Children

You may have just received your child’s Autism, ADHD or learning difficulty diagnosis, or you might still be processing the results of a recent assessment. These sessions are designed to help you:

• Make sense of what the diagnosis means for your family
• Understand your child’s strengths, sensitivities, and support needs
• Navigate the next steps at home, in school, and in the community
• Reflect on your own response in a safe, validating space, including feelings such as grief, relief, confusion, or overwhelm

This is a time to pause, regroup, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.

For Teens and Adults Exploring Neurodivergence

Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are just beginning to explore the possibility that you are Autistic or have ADHD, we offer a space for reflection and growth.
​We support you to:

• Reframe past experiences through a new understanding
• Reduce internalised shame or confusion
• Explore your identity, needs, relationships, and boundaries
• Build self-awareness and self-advocacy in a space that respects who you are

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin this journey. These sessions are about discovery, clarity, and compassionate support.
