Taking the first step to seek support for your child can feel daunting. My role is to walk alongside you and your family, making the process feel comfortable, positive, and centred on your child’s needs. I work with children and young people aged 6 to 17, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel understood. During sessions, I focus on building trust and connection, tailoring activities and approaches to match your child’s stage of development and individual strengths. Together, we can help them build skills and confidence to navigate the challenges they are facing. |
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always adapting therapy to meet each young person where they are. My practice is neuro-affirming, flexible, and designed to grow with your child over time. I also believe in the power of playfulness and creativity to support connection and encourage growth.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and exploring creative hobbies like painting and crocheting.
