Hi there! My name's Jazmine and I cannot wait to meet you.
I believe that some of the most meaningful work in therapy starts with genuine connection and feeling truly heard and understood. For me, that means taking the time to really get to know you and creating a space where you don’t have to be anyone other than yourself. I want to understand not just what’s feeling difficult right now, but who you are, what matters to you, the experiences that have shaped you, and the strengths you bring with you. |
I work with people across all stages of life, from children and adolescents through to adults and families. No matter your age, I aim to make therapy feel collaborative and meaningful. Sometimes that means talking things through, getting creative, finding practical strategies that fit into your everyday life, or using play and activities to explore things in a different way. I utilise a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as strategies informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.
Therapy looks different for everyone, so I’ll meet you where you’re at and together we’ll find what feels most helpful for you (or your child). I know that reaching out for support can take courage, so I look forward to walking alongside you as you take the next step towards building the life you want to live.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me with a latte in hand, by the beach, cooking up a storm or getting lost in a good book.
