I am passionate about supporting people to live their best lives and creating a more inclusive world. I strive to create a supportive, safe and nurturing environment where we can work through challenges together using a person-centred approach.
I use a holistic approach drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness and counselling. Mental and physical health are intricately linked and I acknowledge the impact one can have on the other.
Having worked in the disability sector, I am passionate about removing barriers for people living with disabilities and neurodiversity. I also bring my own lived experience perspective to my work while acknowledging all experiences are different. The therapy space is one in which you should feel heard, acknowledged and listened to, and be allowed to set the agenda.
It is a privilege to work with clients in a therapeutic space and I work hard to develop strong therapeutic relationships within which you can move towards your goals.
