Client Satisfaction Survey

Nothing warms our hearts more than when we receive positive feedback and hear the success stories of our clients. However, in line with the advertising laws from our governing body (AHPRA), we are unable to display client testimonials on our website.
In September 2024 we took a random sample of 100 current clients attending our Belmont and Werribee clinics to complete a 2-question survey, with an option to provide additional comments.
Results:
100% of current clients responded they are happy with the customer service they receive at Hopscotch & Harmony.
98% of current clients responded they are happy with the clinical service they receive at Hopscotch & Harmony.
Comments revealed several key themes:
Although we only take this Client Satisfaction annually, we always love to hear from you. Please continue to provide us with feedback, whether that be your success story or other constructive feedback. We are always seeking to improve our services and celebrate what we are doing right.

- Positive experiences with psychologists and therapeutic impact: Many clients expressed satisfaction with the psychologists, highlighting strong rapport, feeling comfortable discussing issues, and noting improvements in well-being and progress in therapy.
- Friendly and helpful staff: Numerous comments mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the administrative staff, with clients appreciating how accommodating and welcoming they are.
- Concerns about clinical progress: A small number of comments (3) raised concerns over slow or lack of progress in therapy after several sessions.
