Jessica Cleary
Founding Director and Psychologist DipClinHyp, BA/BCom (Honours), MPsych (Ed & Dev) I'm so glad you found your way to my page. You might be here because you're considering coming to see one of our Hopscotch & Harmony Psychologists, you're a professional in a leadership position looking for coaching, or maybe you're a psychologist looking at various options for your next work home. Welcome. I'm a home educating, co-parent of three children and my journey in psychology has been an enriching one. I started with a background in organisational consultancy, and then transitioned to paediatric psychology, a path that eventually led me to establish Hopscotch & Harmony Psychology. Back when I embarked on my journey in paediatric psychology, my passion was in understanding and supporting children as they navigated the twists and turns of life. However, as I dived deeper into this field and became a mother myself, it became clear that the most significant and enduring transformations in a child's life often occurred when parents were actively involved and equipped with the right guidance. I've therefore shifted my professional focus, and today, I limit my clinical work to supporting parents better understand their children's emotional intensity and confidently guide behaviour. This includes helping them through parental burnout and finding their parenting calm amongst the chaos of family life. I work with parents who live anywhere in Australia through online coaching and through my online parent course However, my core professional focus these days lies in supporting leaders and business owners embrace and implement conscious self-leadership principals to achieve their goals. I do this through 1:1 leadership coaching. The clients who are the best fit for my style of leadership coaching are high achieving women in leadership roles who know that a barrier to fulfilling their potential is due to a combination of chronic imposter syndrome, people pleasing tendencies, a leaning towards anxiety and perfectionism, a struggle with assertiveness, and a strong critical inner voice that tells them they're not enough. If you're a high-performing woman leader ready to break free from self-imposed limitations and unleash your full potential, I'm here to be your ally on this journey. Let's collaborate and embark on this empowering transformation together. I invite you to connect by completing the form found on this page. |
